These garments are called compression garments. Compression treatment is the removal or prevention of oedema with the use of these garments.

Medical compression garments are used to prevent thrombus and swelling, lymphedema, venous insufficiency or swelling caused by different operations. They can be used to enhance tissue metabolism, treat leg ulcers as well as stages II and III of the lymphedema.

Socks, sleeves and gloves enhance and aid the activities of the muscle pump and force fluids to the correct direction. Made to measure garments guarantee the gradually lowering pressure and the best care result. Zippers, loops, hooks and velcros can be added if necessary.
